Did you know Sunday, 13th May is Mother’s Day here in Belgium? So, what better way to show her how loved and appreciated she is than to bake her a cake? If, however, you and the inside of an oven haven’t seen each other in a while, here’s the answer….
What about this beautiful Pot of Roses? Actually, the pot is real, but these roses are vanilla cupcakes with rose-scented buttercream icing.
Pot of Rose Cupcakes: €40
Other Flavours available:
Double Chocolate: Moist chocolate cupcakes with chocolate ganache icing
Strawberry Jam: Vanilla and strawberry jam cupcakes, with light, fluffy strawberry buttercream icing
Lemon Love: Moist lemon cupcakes with a light, fluffy lemon icing

Assorted Fairy Cakes in any of the above flavours – €12 for 6
Scones – €12 for 12 Clotted Cream. Plain or wholemeal (for the quintessential Mother’s Day afternoon tea)
